  • Capture two strengths and two developmental areas you want to focus on

  • Have a conversation with your manager on your goals and what you’d like to work on

  • Continue to explore DiSC

  • Practice grounding time

  • Meet with your accountability partner(s)

Accountability Partners

  • Meet with your accountability partner(s) and discuss the following questions:

    • What did you learn about your natural DiSC style and how will that awareness shape the way you approach future interactions?

    • How might intentionally partnering with people who have different DiSC strengths help you solve problems, make decisions or lead more effectively?

    • Where in your role do you see the greatest opportunity to improve communication or connection?

    • What is one intentional behavior you want to experiment applying first?
