  • Find opportunities to give positive and developmental feedback – come back with examples

  • Take action on the areas you’ve identified to better create clarity and ownership

  • Meet with your accountability partner to keep the conversations going

    • Peer coach each other on this reflection: Who is a team member or what is a project that you need to create more clarity? What is the situation? Why are the lines blurry? What strategies can you use to ensure clarity and foster ownership?
