Session Assignments:

  • Capture two strengths and two developmental areas you want to focus on

  • Have a conversation with your manager about your leadership development series goals

  • Continue to explore DiSC

  • Practice grounding time

Accountability Partner:

  • Meet with your Accountability Partner to share your progress and peer coach each other on the DiSC reflection:

    • What did you learn about your natural DiSC style and how will that awareness shape the way you approach future interactions? 

    • How might intentionally partnering with people who have different DiSC strengths help you solve problems, make decisions or lead more effectively?

    • Where in your role do you see the greatest opportunity to improve communication or connection?

    • What is one intentional behavior you want to experiment applying first?
