Session Themes:

  • Clarity leads to results.

  • Your team should be able to answer the 3 questions:

    • Where are we going?

    • How am I contributing?

    • When will I know I got there?

  • What we tolerate, set the standard

  • Engage in clarity conversations around direction & expectations

  • During change over communicating is key - remember messages need to be heard 7x

Assignments:

  • Engage in different conversations to create clarity

  • Notice the impact clarity conversations have on your team

  • Reflect on your DiSC style and the style of others when communicating for clarity

  • Come back with examples

  • Meet with your accountability partner
