Where are we going?
How am I contributing?
When will I know I got there?
What we tolerate, sets the standard.
Engage in clarity conversations around direction & expectations.
During change over communicating is key - remember messages need to be heard 7x.
Assignments:
Engage in different conversations to create clarity.
Notice the impact clarity conversations have on your team.
Reflect on your DiSC style and the style of others when communicating for clarity.
