DiSC is a great tool to help bridge gaps in communication.
Come back to the “turkey rueben”to keep the focus on solutions and productive conversations.
Assignments:
Revisit your insights and actions and be ready to report on your progress.
Meet with your Partner(s) to review your actions and continue discussing ways to build better communication and trust.
Review your DiSC Manager Report and review the Managing Up section. Look for ways to adapt and try different strategies in your different interactions.
Notice your own tendencies and try to new approaches to put marbles in the jar and build trust.
