Session 2 - Trust + Conflict
Session Reminders:
Foster Trust & Relationships: Continue building trust, especially with new team members. Encourage open, honest conversations and assume positive intent.
Engage in Healthy Conflict: Notice your auto responses and practice choosing your response through the pause. Differentiate between productive and destructive conflict — focus on resolving issues, not assigning blame.
Communicate with Intention: Use “take it offline” to handle sensitive or detailed discussions productively. Clarify: Who needs to be there? Who needs to know? When can we expect an update?
Reinforce Core Values: Keep core values visible and connect daily decisions back to them.
Assignments:
Revisit your insights and actions and be ready to report on your progress.
Align on key goals and priorities for the next 90 days.
Work together across SLT and MLT for consistent communication and shared ownership.
