Participants will give a short 5–7-minute presentation to their Leadership Yates County peers, a leader in your organization and community partners. Ideas to consider:

  • Your leadership ability or style prior to completing the core learning experience.

  • Your strengths and opportunities for improvement and explain how the core learning experience has helped you.

  • Key learnings that were most applicable to your current position.
